Christopher J. Godfrey, Ph.D.

Director of Pharmacometrics and Operations

Dr. Godfrey has 9 years of industry experience in clinical pharmacology and applied pharmacometrics and 15 years over all experience in the area of population PK/PD modeling and clinical trial simulation. He has a B.S. in Pharmacy and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science with a focus on Clinical Pharmacokinetics.

His research efforts have encompassed development and application of novel clinical trial simulations, population PK/PD modeling, and pharmacokinetics / clinical outcome modeling. He has several years of experience in the development of anti-inflammatory, oncology, and antiviral drugs. He is a holder of patents.

Dr. Godfrey’s passion is to help clients make better, more-informed decisions using pharmacometric approaches that quantify the probability of success and the impact of uncertainty on potential outcomes. He endeavors to see that clients ultimately use the results of modeling and simulation in strategic and scenario planning.
